simply add it to warm bathwater and wash from head to toe. it replaces the need for soap, body wash and shampoo, with no rinsing required.

coco oat sóak has a natural product number (npn) from health canada and is recognized for the relief of minor skin irritation and itching due to eczema and rashes. it also helps relieve dry skin and protect against chapping, cracking and roughness due to dryness.

add 1-2 tablespoons to warm running bath water and swirl to dissolve. use the milky bath water to gently wash from head to toe, including hair. no soap, shampoo or rinsing required.

face mask: mix coco oat milk bath powder with a little water and apply to the face. leave on for 5 minutes and rinse with warm water.

cradle cap: make a paste by mixing coco oat milk bath powder with a little water and rub gently into the scalp. comb and rinse out with water only. no other soaps or shampoos. repeat daily for 2 weeks for best results.
